ECE344 Software

The ECE344 Laboratory makes use of several software packages for the design, testing, and modeling of semiconductor devices.

DIFCAD was developed by a student to calculate diffusion profiles based on SOA, S&M, and exact methods

ICCAP is a data acquisition and modeling software package used in the lab to evaluate the performance of fabricated devices

LASI is a CAD package designed for mask layout written by David Boyce

There are also manual excerpts from an older version of SPICE available online

Some information on the Unix workstations in the lab

And of course, the ever-handy PKUNZIP (albeit an old DOS version)
