DIFCAD calculates diffusion profiles for typical dopants in silicon.
Be sure that you are using the latest version (2.1), or your results
will be erroneous!
Here is a typical screen image.
DIFCAD2 was updated (to version 2.1) in January 1997. Version 2.1 corrects
an error
in the previous version for predep profiles, and also keeps the
background concentration species from run to run during each session.
The DIFCAD add-in is available on the ccso computers (Macs and PCs) in the class software directory,
in the ece344 directory.

To download the needed files, you MIGHT have to select
"download to disk" or hold the SHIFT key while selecting the particular file
,or hold down the mouse button on the filename and select "Save this link as..."

spreadsheet add-in by Anthony Hill.
(Use "Tools"-"Add-Ins"-"Browse" to load it into EXCEL 5.) Good on-line help.
The readme.txt file contains information about installing the add-in.
