SPICE: An electrical circuit simulation package

Here are three documents that make up the SPICE manual provided by the University of California at Berkeley, the birthplace of SPICE.

Note: If the font is hard to read in ghostview, chose Magstep = 1.

BJT specific information starts at page 33 and MOSFET info at 37 of the Manual.

There are many other implementations of SPICE which are generally interchangeable with respect to I/O format. ICCAP can use almost any of them for it's simulation and optimization functions.
