- In case of emergency, always call 9-911 and give the following information:

- Location -
- Integrated Circuit Fabrication Laboratory
- Room 50Q, Basement of Everitt Lab
- 1406 W. Green St.
- Specific information about the emergency
- Small area contact (e.g. hand, foot, wrist)
- If unconscious
- call 911, explain situation, ask for ambulance to Everitt Laboratory, 1406 W. Green St., Rm. 50Q cleanrooms
- rinse affected area for at least 15 minutes or until paramedics arrive
- contact lab director (3-8249)
- If conscious
- call 911, explain situation, ask for ambulance to Everitt Laboratory, 1406 W. Green St., Rm. 50Q cleanrooms
- rinse affected area for at least 15 minutes or until paramedics arrive

- keep the student calm
- Large contact area (e.g. torso, leg, whole arm)
- If unconscious

- follow 911 operators instructions
- designate a student to contact lab director (rm 46 EL) - do not have them de-gown
- If conscious

- have student rinse under shower for at least 15 minutes with clothes removed
- designate a student to contact lab director (rm 46 EL) - do not have them de-gown
