Irvin Curves
Irvin curves are used to determine average conductivity (ρ)
for diffused layers given 2 of the three following parameters:
- Ns (surface concentration)
- x/xj (for buried layers)
- average conductivity
Alternatively, Irvin.net can
be used to calculate exact values for the average conductivity.
