ICS

ICS is an instrument control and data acquisition program used to characterize electronic devices. In order to minimize the learning curve of the test instruments, ICS uses a simple graphical interface to setup the instruments for electrical testing. All that is required to create a test setup is the selection of the instruments used, the type of device, the placement of test leads on the device schematic, the voltage(s) or current(s) delivered to the terminals, and the electrical parameters to be measured.
