Irvin Curves

Irvin curves are used to determine average conductivity (ρ) for diffused layers given 2 of the three following parameters:

  • Ns (surface concentration)
  • x/xj (for buried layers)
  • average conductivity

Alternatively, Irvin.net can be used to calculate exact values for the average conductivity.

You will need Adobe Reader in order to view the files.
